Waikawa Marina has also been full to capacity with our long term tenants coming and going on adventures around the Sounds, as well as visiting vessels arriving for long and short term casual stays. The main Waikawa fairway has been bustling all season, with the Waikawa Boating Club having hosted numerous regattas and races, and this continues with the Oddies Marine Summer Twilight racing and Giesen Wine “Learn to Sail” programmes.

We have been really impressed with the Boating Club’s initiative in getting a live webcam up and running – and what a view it is – right down the Marina main fairway! You can see it here

It has been a busy summer, and it’s not showing any sign of slowing down yet! We currently have some limited availability of smaller berths, and there has been a bit of movement on the waiting lists for the larger ones.
