This competition is for berthage at the Havelock Marina. The competition is open to those who are not current berth holders in any of the Marlborough Sounds Marina’s marinas. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash. They are all subject to the terms and conditions of the berthage agreement. Entrants can only enter once. By entering this competition you are giving Marlborough Sounds Marinas the permission to contact you in the future. The competition commences on Thursday 24th September, 2015 and closes on Sunday the 27th of September 2015 at midnight, NZ time. Winners will be notified by phone or email on Monday the 28th September 2015 and will be drawn at random. The winners may be required to have a promotional photo taken. The winners consent to their name and image being used for public relations and marketing purposes relating to this competition. This competition is not open to employees of Port Marlborough and Marlborough Sounds Marinas, or contractors to these organisations. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Marlborough Sounds Marinas reserves the right at their sole and absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, modify and/or recommence this competition at any time, including if any their ability to fulfil their obligations is limited at any stage by any form of technical failure or other circumstance outside their control.
