To complete this induction process, and to confirm your booking on the travel lift / hardstand, you are required to confirm the below points and agree to our Travel lift and Hardstand Rules.

I/We hereby request that you remove my/our vessel as stated above from the water and place it on your hard-standing area at Waikawa Marina.

I/We agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement and to pay Port Marlborough’s current charges.

I/We understand that no spray painting may be undertaken on the vessel except in strict compliance with the Spray Painting Consent Terms and Conditions which are to be accepted by the spray painting contractor.

I/We understand If the Owner of the vessel is a Company or other Limited Liability entity, the signatory to this Agreement personally guarantees the Owner’s obligations in terms of Clause 11 of the Further Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions and Hardstand Rules are available here and a copies will be sent to you upon completion of this induction.

I/We understand Vessel owners are advised to contact their insurer to inform them that their vessel is being hauled for maintenance – some insurers may exclude cover unless so advised.

I/We understand In signing this document you acknowledge that the Agreement shall remain valid for future travelift operations whilst the vessel remains under your ownership or control.
